SALON POLICIES

Notebook and Pen
  • Return/Exchange Policy

    • Retail products that are unused and/or damaged/defective can be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be given for retail purchases for any reason.​

  • Refund/Redo Policy

    • No refunds will be given for services rendered. Individual stylists may offer to redo a service at no additional charge if the guest lets the stylist know of any issues within one week of service being performed. While we do want to make you happy and always strive to do our best, redo's are offered at the stylist's discretion and are not guaranteed.​

  • Cancellation Policy

    • We understand that things come up, and sometimes appointment times need to be cancelled or rescheduled. In these circumstances, we do require at least 24 hours notice from the scheduled appointment start time in order to avoid a rebooking fee. This gives us a chance to fill the appointment with someone from our waiting list. Providing less than 24 hours notice for any adjustment made to your scheduled appointment (i.e. "let's just skip the haircut this time") will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount (in our example, you would still be charged for half the price of the haircut that you had originally scheduled even if you don't receive that service during your visit). If no notice is given at all (no-call, no-show), that will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the reserved service amount. The rebooking fee (50-100% of reserved service price) must be paid in the salon or online before booking the next appointment.

  • Tardiness Policy

    • Because we do tend to have fairly tight schedules, tardiness of 10-15 minutes or more may result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled. If that is the case, a rebooking fee of 50% of the reserved service amount may be required before rebooking. If tardiness is habitual (twice in a row or more), we reserve the right to add a "late fee" to your requested services. Late fees entail a 15 minute block of time being added to your service timing, and pricing for that varies depending on the stylist's price point. All tardiness policy enforcement (including adding or removing a late fee requirement) is entirely at the stylist's discretion. ​

  • Kids Safety Policy

    • Children are welcome in the salon ONLY when they are there for their own previously scheduled appointment. We strive to always maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all of our guests, and a salon is simply not a safe place for children to be due to the hot tools, sharp objects, etc. We therefore do ask that you please seek appropriate child care away from the salon so that you (and all of our other guests) may relax and enjoy your time with us. ​
